About Andreia

Andreia Esteves is a bilingual writer (Portuguese & English), certified bibliotherapist, and workshop facilitator. Her work has appeared in Greatist, POPSUGAR UK, SAPO24, and Revista Pessoa among other publications.

She was shortlisted for the Portuguese National Showcase for Young Creators 2022 with her short story collection O Forno: Histórias de Desejos Culinários.

Andreia has over five years of experience covering psychology, wellbeing, and mental health, having worked with clients based in Portugal, Spain, India, and North America.

Additionally, she has given talks and facilitated bibliotherapy workshops in partnership with Creative Mornings, Gerador, and other institutions.

She graduated from the University of Lisbon with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Cultural Studies, and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Fiction Writing from Lusófona University.
